This Mongolian delicious beef recipe is the perfect amount of sweet, spicy, and crispy! The beef is so tender and the sauce is so flavourful. Paired with some stir-fry noodles or rice, this recipe is sure to be a show stopper!
Ingredients

2 pounds Flank Beef
1/2 cup Corn Starch
1 tsp Baking Soda
Paprika, Black Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Dried Chilli (optional)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Start by thinly slicing your flank beef
Coat the pieces of beef in corn starch and season to taste with paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
Deep fry or air fry the beef until crispy, set aside
Add finely chopped garlic and ginger to a skillet with some oil of your choice
Sauté for a few minutes, then add in your soy sauce, rice vinegar, water
Once the mixture is bubbling, add in brown sugar
Add a mixture of 1 tsp of corn starch and 3 tsp of water to the sauce
Once sauce has thickened, add beef into the sauce, along with dried chillies (optional), green onions and sesame seeds
Mix until all of the beef is coated with the sauce, cook for a few

Tips
The thinly sliced beef allows for the ultimate crispiness in every bite
Adding the mixture of corn starch and water is what helps to thicken the sauce
